E-A-R™ shock and vibration materials help protect display systems by providing high damping and soft cushioning in the gap spaces and gaskets under the screen. Foam materials have low and flat compression force deflection (CFD) curves, which provide energy absorption and consistent pushback, while viscoelastic damping materials dissipate unwanted noise and energy from shock and vibration.

ISOLOSS™ LS Battery Cell Cushioning Foam

ISOLOSS LS battery cell cushion foam is used between the cells of lithium-ion battery packs in electric vehicles to provide cushioning and gap filling throughout the battery's charge cycle.

Features and Benefits:

  • Engaging pushback force during low compression from battery cells at beginning of load (BOL)
  • Compliant compression force deflection as battery cells expand at end of load (EOL)
  • Wide range of densities and thicknesses available

CONFOR™ Small Cell Display Protection Foam

CONFOR™ SC delivers low shock transmissibility and can be used as a shock pad and gasket for the protection of LCD and LED screens.

Features and Benefits:
